Manpreet
I bring experience in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their personal, social and developmental goals. I have a strong understanding of the NDIS framework and I am passionate about empowering people with disabilities to live with independence, dignity and inclusion.
Being a Support Coordinator means being a trusted guide – someone who works alongside participants as they navigate the NDIS and make meaningful choices about their lives. Support Coordination combines my strengths in problem-solving, communication and genuine care for people. I see Support Coordination as a way to connect people with right tools, services and confidence to live life on their terms.
Spending quality time with my family and friends keeps me grounded. I am passionate about personal growth and enjoy anything that helps me learn and improve.

In the past, I have worked as a Registered Nurse in a critical care unit, facilitating holistic care to an array of patients, all varying in ages, complex medical needs, as well as disabilities. Prior to my nursing registration, I worked for many years as a personal care assistant/support worker within the aged care and disability sector.
Having had frontline and first-hand experience within the disability community, I have witnessed great outcomes achieved when people are given choice, control and independence when it comes to their own livelihood, health and wellbeing. As a Branch Executive/Support Coordinator with OnSide, I can continue to support people to thrive in life, empower them with independence, and assist them to reach their goals and full potential, as well as assist their families and support systems to navigate their NDIS plan.
In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, taking my two dogs, Milo and Duke for long walks, and going on long drives to explore various hidden gems, attractions and trails around Melbourne on the weekend too. I love cooking and trying new recipes, as well as doing DIY tasks and home improvement.

I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Community Service in 2024. Since then, I have worked in the disability sector, taking on roles as a Plan Manager and Support Coordinator. In these roles, I have developed strong skills in client advocacy, NDIS plan management, service coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
As a member of the OnSide team, I am committed to empowering individuals to lead independent and fulfilling lives. Being a Support Coordinator means advocating for choice, building trust, and ensuring people are genuinely heard and supported. This role aligns with my personal values of compassion, respect, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family. I also love travelling and exploring new places, especially through trying different cuisines and dining out.

I started in the NDIS as a support worker around five years ago. I have worked with a broad range of participants from all walks of life, with both simple and complex support requirements. During this time, I have managed social programs and built strong relationships with participants, families, and care teams, focused on improving their daily lives.
Listening with humility has enabled me to better engage with care teams and participants directly; providing knowledge and feedback has assisted in empowering participants.
In my free time, I have too many interests! I am very active and regularly enjoy rock climbing, hiking, and ice skating. I am a big fan of movies and music and am constantly open to new ideas. Food is my jam too! I am ready to help friends and family, applying the same philosophy to my personal life as I do to my work. For me, keeping life simple makes it more enjoyable, leaving me with more space and mental freedom to enjoy the many hobbies I have.

I have been a Support Coordinator for 5.5 years and have extensive experience in community services. I have worked within Aged Care, Employment and Hearing Services working with diverse clients, their families and associated care teams. I have a strong understanding of the NDIS and have a passion to empower people with disabilities to live with independence, dignity and inclusion.
My passion is to advocate for vulnerable individuals, committed to delivering person-centred support that promotes their empowerment and overall wellbeing. My strength is to work holistically and collaboratively with all stakeholders including Community, Justice and Health Departments to achieve mutual goals. I excel at building and nurturing collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including government agencies and community organisations, to achieve shared goals and ensure a seemless delivery of supports.
Outside of work I enjoy time with family and friends, regularly enjoying weekend brunches around Perth. I love my “Meetups” walking group – exploring the foothills and local river walks weekly. My young red heeler Bonney ensures I walk daily 🙂

I have over 15 years’ experience working within the NDIS and broader community services sector in a variety of roles, including Peer Mentor, Community Access Team Leader, and as a Lead Support Coordinator. Through these roles, I have developed a strong, practical understanding of the NDIS framework, complex support environments, and the importance of effective collaboration to achieve meaningful outcomes for participants. Prior to my work within the NDIS space, I was also employed as a Youth Activities Officer with the City of Swan, which further strengthened my commitment to community development, early intervention, and inclusive engagement. I hold formal qualifications in Community Development and completed a Master of Business in late 2025, which complements my practice with strong leadership, governance, and service-delivery capabilities.
I am deeply passionate about empowerment and development, not only for participants, but also for staff and teams. I strongly value person-centred practice, capacity building, and strengths-based approaches, and I am committed to supporting people with disability to exercise choice and control, build independence, and achieve their individual goals. My key strengths include clear communication, strategic problem-solving, and the ability to work holistically and collaboratively with participants, families, providers, and key stakeholders across health, community, and government systems to ensure coordinated and effective supports.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and regularly participate in multiple sports, including football, basketball, doing strength training, tennis etc. I also love spending quality time and travelling with my wife, spending quality time with family, and being actively involved in my church community. These interests help me maintain balance and bring energy, perspective, and authenticity to both my professional and personal life.
Janine
I have worked in the disability sector for 24 years. It all began with facilitating dance workshops to harder to reach communities. Now I dance to the beat of every individual’s drum. I bring with me experience, compassion and a personal touch.
As a Support Coordinator I am able to combine my skills and knowledge, and impart them on those I support. I align with the OnSide values of Empowerment, Independence, Experience, Flexibility. Empowerment’ allows for choice and a voice. ‘Independence’ sparks motivation and self-worth. ‘Experience’ enhances understanding. Without ‘Flexibility’, there will be no change.
I have done much travelling and love to experience new things (although the older I get, the less adrenaline fueled they are!) I love to spend time with family and friends, particularly if food is involved!
KK
With experience across the aged care, disability and mental health sectors, I have spent the past few years working closely with individuals to support their daily living, wellbeing and long-term goals. Through my roles in community and mental health support, I have developed a strong understanding of person-centered practice and the importance of building genuine, trusting relationships.
As part of the Support Coordination team at OnSide, I love working alongside participants to make the most of their NDIS plans. I enjoy working alongside people to navigate and explore the options available to them, and connect them with supports that empower them to live with confidence, dignity and independence.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, catching up with friends, or exploring new corners of Western Australia. I believe in lifelong learning and I will bring the same curiosity and care to the people I support.
Evelyn
With experience in social work and supporting individuals across aged care, youth, and disability sectors, I am committed to empowering people to achieve their goals and live more independently. I enjoy building positive relationships, advocating for individual needs, and working collaboratively to create meaningful opportunities that enhance wellbeing, confidence, and participation in everyday life.
Being a Support Coordinator, to me, means being a steady and reliable presence in someone’s life while they navigate often complex systems and decisions. It’s about listening, understanding what matters to each person, and then helping them connect the right supports so they can move toward their goals with more confidence and independence.
I enjoy baking in my spare time, as it helps me relax and be creative.
Sharing homemade treats with others is something I find meaningful and rewarding.

I have background in career coaching, employment services, HR and supporting people to overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve meaningful goals.
My experience using trauma-informed and strength-based approaches has naturally led me to supporting people in the disability sector. I wanted to move into NDIS to have a greater impact on people’s lives.
I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a life that reflects their goals, strengths, and choices. As a Support Coordinator, I am passionate about empowering people to navigate the NDIS with confidence while building genuine, trusting relationships along the way.
Outside of work you will find spending time with my family and building my coaching business. I love personal development and believe that small, consistent steps can lead to meaningful and lasting change.

I have experience as a Level 2 Support Coordinator, having worked between Perth and Brisbane for three years. Prior to this I worked for Immigration for 15 years working in all states across Australia. My roles have provided me with the experience over these years to ensure our customers are always paramount.
I strongly value the difference you can make in a person life when funds are sufficient for their needs, supports are matched, connections are made in communities, ensuring at all times they have choice and control.
I’m a keen lover of all things related to beach – water, sun, swimming, seafood, summertime. My favourite quote is “what is the most important in this world” He Tangata, He Tangata, He Tangata (Maori Language) (translation in English) It is people, it is people, it is people.”
