I’m very excited to be a part of the OnSide team, working with customers and their families to achieve individual goals and desired outcomes.
In my spare time, I love spending time with friends and family. I assist my daughter in our hair salon and teach classical ballet to students from pre-intermediate to senior levels.
Aaron
I have come from Disability Support as well as a long history of delivering Work Education and Introductory to Hospitality courses.
I am really excited to be part of the OnSide team! I endeavor to bring a caring, professional and very personable set of skills to link in with my team.
Favourite conversations of mine are food, travel, sports and my family. I do love a good chat and to be able to utilise conversation to meet people and really get to know them.
Ali
I hold a degree in psychology and years of work experience within the disability sector.
I am passionate about making a positive change to people’s lives. I express this by utilising my psychology background to build a genuine connection with customers and assisting them with choosing the best options for their own lives.
In my time off I do enjoy traveling, going on road-trips and visiting natural wonders with breathtaking scenery. In my spare time I also love socialising and trying out new cuisines with family and friends.
Elly

Bianca
After completing a Bachelor in Psychology and Masters in Counselling, I gained valuable life experience working as a disability support worker, behaviour support practitioner, and counsellor, throughout different times in my life.
Being a part of the OnSide team as a Support Coordinator means that I am able to use my knowledge and experience to support customers in achieving their goals whilst promoting their independence and skills.

Kirsten
I have been working in the disability sector for the last 14 years, allowing me to build my skills in a variety of different settings.
Working at OnSide allows me to use my knowledge to help guide people through the NDIS system and to build the right team for each individual to be able to reach their goals.
My favourite quote is…. “Be Fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire”.
Leigh
In the past, I have worked as a Registered Nurse in a critical care unit, facilitating holistic care to an array of patients, all varying in ages, complex medical needs, as well as disabilities. Prior to my nursing registration, I worked for many years as a personal care assistant/support worker within the aged care and disability sector.
Having had frontline and first-hand experience within the disability community, I have witnessed great outcomes achieved when people are given choice, control and independence when it comes to their own livelihood, health and wellbeing. As a Branch Executive/Support Coordinator with OnSide, I can continue to support people to thrive in life, empower them with independence, and assist them to reach their goals and full potential, as well as assist their families and support systems to navigate their NDIS plan.
In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, taking my two dogs, Milo and Duke for long walks, and going on long drives to explore various hidden gems, attractions and trails around Melbourne on the weekend too. Prior to my role as a Support Coordinator, I was working as a Local Area Coordinator during the rollout of the NDIS and was at the forefront of many exciting changes such a huge reform brings. Nathan N
I have experience working not only as a Support Coordinator but also as a Support Worker for both NDIS and Aged Care Customers. As a support worker I worked with an array of different customers focusing around Dementia. Working as both a Support Worker and Support Coordinator, it has provided me with a better ability to adapted to any situation.
I am a strong believer in individualised support, no two people are the same. Everyone has their different methods of learning. Therefore, the support and assistance people receive should never be a one size fits all approach. I believe a good Support Coordinator should be able to recognise these differences and support their customers to thrive and lead an independent life.
In my spare time, I love sport, traveling and games. I love going down to the Great Ocean Road and surfing with family and friends. Travelling to places I’ve never been before is something I would love to begin doing again.

Simon
My background is in Hospital Administration and Bookkeeping. I have been a stay-at-home dad for ten years caring for my two children with ASD.
The opportunity to provide assistance in such an individualised manner allows me to think outside the box and bring the participants I’m dealing with exceptional outcomes. Working with participants and achieving those incredible outcomes is hugely rewarding and puts my time as a stay-at-home dad into perspective.
