Sonja
I have a nursing background and have been working in community aged care and disability for the past few years.
It is important to me to be passionate about what I do but also to be able to understand and assist someone in reaching their goals.
I love to read just as much as I love to spend time with family. I am a crafter that does not have enough time to craft.
Victoria
I come professionally from a Social Work background and have lived experience working with and having a Deaf child.
I am passionate about empowering individuals and practice a strength-based approach for customers. I am passionate about the NDIS and how an individual can best utilise their plan for their individual needs.
In my spare time I like to horse ride, read and spend time with my family and friends. I am also bilingual in English, Ukrainian and Auslan. “How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment to improve the world.” – Anne Frank
Leah
I have lived experience in disability and have worked in the disability and community services fields for 10 + years, working as a Support Coordinator, Disability Employment Consultant and in Domestic Violence/Women’s Refuge services.
I’m passionate about my role as a Support Coordinator and supporting participants to navigate the NDIS world, linking them with the supports they need to thrive and achieve their goals, and to maximise their plans to live the life they choose!
We can all face many challenges in our lives, but believe in yourself and anything is possible… together we can help you to thrive and achieve your goals. “Obstacles don’t have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.” – Michael Jordan
Emily
Over the past five years, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals with disabilities and mental health diagnoses, both at home and in the community. Additionally, I have experience as a teacher’s aide in a high school setting.
Throughout my journey, I have gained valuable knowledge and skills, which I am very excited to now bring to my role as a Support Coordinator with OnSide. Above all, I take pride in my compassion, kindness, and positivity.
My spare time usually involves a good book, any horror movie or catching up with friends and family. I love nature, animals and going for long walks, if I have an opportunity to spot some birds (especially galah’s), I consider it a lucky day.
Ashlee
I have had previous experience within the hospital setting working as a nurse ranging from theatre, mental health, spinal injuries unit to acute and chronic settings.
Being a part of the OnSide team as a Support Coordinator allows me to be able to use my previous experience and knowledge to support customers in achieving their personal goals and independence.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my two little boys exploring and adventuring new places.
Alison
My background encompasses three decades worth of combined experience within the animal health and welfare sectors, plus extensive event and project management roles. During this time, I have developed a strong commitment to customer service and a deep understanding of how to connect with clients and their needs.
Empathetic and compassionate in nature, I take pride in my ability to build rapport with my clients and want to ensure that each person receives the tailored support they require to thrive.
In my spare time, you’ll find me in the ocean! Surfing, diving or volunteering on animal, wildlife and conservation projects.
Debbie

I have over 12 years of experience in early childhood education and care, supporting children’s development and inclusion. Additionally, my personal journey as a parent to a child with a disability has given me firsthand insight into the challenges and strengths of navigating the disability sector.

My passion for inclusion, advocacy, and person-centered support aligns with OnSide’s values, ensuring that every participant receives the guidance and respect they deserve.
I’m a big fan of lasagna—nothing beats a comforting, home-cooked meal! In my downtime, I love shopping and diving into inspiring reads like The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins, which reminds me to focus on what truly matters.
Kia
I’m a qualified Social Worker and Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families through all stages of health and wellbeing. Outside of work, I’m a dedicated sports mum who spends most weekends managing teams and cheering from the sidelines. I believe in celebrating small wins both on and off the field, and that laughter and connection are the heart of community.
Michael
I’ve spent most of my career in Child Safety working with the most complex young people who sometimes had multiple disabilities. While working in Child Safety residential settings as a Case Manager, I have been able to help over 100+ young people and make a positive impact on their overall well being. I currently hold a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice from Griffith University and will be looking to complete my Masters in Forensic Mental Health in 2028.
Being a Support Coordinator allows me to have a direct impact on the well-being of others. I am able to combine my passion for helping others with my passion to deliver positive outcomes for those in my care. Being a Support Coordinator gives me the opportunity to serve people in some of our most vulnerable communities.
On my days off you can find me fishing on the beach or enjoying a good series on Netflix. I also love spending time with my family.
Alana
I have worked as an Allied Health Assistant, Support Worker and in Allied Health Administration. This has given me a well-rounded understanding of the NDIS and I have been lucky enough to assist many individuals to work toward their personal goals.

I pride myself in being approachable and committed to delivering high-quality Support Coordination tailored to each person’s individual needs, choices and goals.
I love to explore new places, whether it be travel overseas or discovering a new local park for the first time.
