We recently we received the first NDIS package for my sister. Prior to that I was totally independent and looked after my sister myself. It took me a long time to ask for help. Once connecting with Onside everything changed for the better. They made it easy for me to ask for help. Their suggestion to find services have been amazing. I like everything about Onside. There isn't anything I would change – They are the best!
Very responsive and they worked really well and tried really hard. They’re always able to be contacted. I had been using other services and they have liaised well with them – they’ve fit in well. I’ve had no problems.
They have a great understanding of the NDIS process. If I contact them with any requests they willing help and they are always available and get back to me.
I have recently been guided through the process of setting up my clients NDIS support plan and helping my clients engage with a support worker. The staff at Onside have been an absolute blessing for both of us. My client is new to the NDIS with this being her first experience with accessing her funding. Onside are very professional and worked everything out to get the best value out of the NDIS funding for my sons. I am very happy with the service as they inform me first of what is happening and keep me notified at all time. They are very competent in the services they provide. They have arranged the all the necessary services for my boys and I can sleep well at night now knowing they are being looked after.
I am writing to thank OnSide in particular my Support Coordinator for looking after myself and in particular my needs. My Support Coordinator has at all times been very professional right from when she took me in as a client. She has been exceptional in breaking up my next plan. She is always taken the time for managing the endless questions I ask. She is always prompt, efficient and comforting.

I would just like to compliment my Support Coordinator on her professionalism. I was on the phone with her for an hour yesterday and we had a lovely chat. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me at a nice easy pace (as there was a lot to take in). I could feel her kind and genuine nature through the phone and that was very reassuring for me to know that my father (and our family) will get the best service possible. I really look forward to working together with her and OnSide and seeing what we can achieve.
