I have been an NDIS participant for the past few years. I have had many Support Coordinator's from other organisations. My Support Coordinator at OnSide is the first person that has actually helped me start achieving my goals. Before joining OnSide I was lost and had no clue how to utilise my plan to achieve my goals. My Support Coordinator listens and understands how to assist and find solutions such as the right support workers, especially in complex situations. OnSide makes regular contact with myself to check in on how I'm going either in person, via text or email.
