Don't just take our word for it...
Very responsive and they worked really well and tried really hard. They’re always able to be contacted. I had been using other services and they have liaised well with them – they’ve fit in well. I’ve had no problems.
They have a great understanding of the NDIS process. If I contact them with any requests they willing help and they are always available and get back to me.
They’ve initiated things and done more in 2 weeks than what my previously coordinator did in 12months.
Malcolm’s ability to convey comI am writing to thank OnSide in particular my Support Coordinator for looking after myself and in particular my needs. My Support Coordinator has at all times been very professional right from when she took me in as a client. She has been exceptional in breaking up my next plan. She is always taken the time for managing the endless questions I ask. She is always prompt, efficient and comforting.
I would just like to compliment my Support Coordinator on her professionalism. I was on the phone with her for an hour yesterday and we had a lovely chat. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me at a nice easy pace (as there was a lot to take in). I could feel her kind and genuine nature through the phone and that was very reassuring for me to know that my father (and our family) will get the best service possible. I really look forward to working together with her and OnSide and seeing what we can achieve.
